Our services are non-refundable once completed. If you are not completely satisfied with your experience, please reach out to us within 48 hours of your appointment. We value your feedback and will do our utmost address any concerns you may have. Thank you for choosing us!
Refund Policy
Refunds are not provided based on expected or desired results, as skincare and wellness outcomes can vary from person to person. Our service packages are non-refundable and non-transferable, unless required by law. Gift cards are also non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Unopened retail products may be returned within 14 days of purchase with the original receipt for credit or exchange. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used skincare products cannot be returned unless defective or damaged at time of purchase. Please note that deposits are non but may be applied toward your scheduled service if cancellations or rescheduling are made. Failure to provide the required cancellation notice or attend your appointment may result in forfeiture of your deposit and a cancellation fee.
